AnyCount automatically produces wordcounts, character counts, line counts, and page counts of translation jobs. Supported formats:.DOC, .RTF, .XLS, .PPT, .PPS, .HTM, .CSV, .PDF, .TXT.
All count units in AnyCount are derived from 3 basic atomic values:
| • | words |
| • | characters with spaces |
| • | characters without spaces. |
Volume units can be easily customized, e.g. you can define a page to consist of 1800 characters or 1500 characters, a line to consist of 55 characters or 60 characters.
After wordcount is completed, you can:
| • | view count results on the screen; |
| • | print count results; |
| • | export count results into .TXT format; |
| • | export count results into .CSV format (which can be opened by Microsoft® Excel and most other spreadsheet software). |
